Custom and made-to-order items

Beanies Plus products may be produced or fulfilled to order. Unless required by applicable law, custom, personalised, made-to-order, or specially sourced items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange after production has started.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or materially different from the confirmed order, email support@beaniesplus.in with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue as soon as possible after delivery.

Approved refunds

When a refund is approved, it is processed to the original payment method or another mutually agreed method. Processing times depend on the payment provider.
